Control of supply media flows and of drives

For a compact and user-friendly design, HTM Reetz GmbH aim to integrate controls and displays of accessories into the control units of the furnaces.
Whenever accessory components provide appropriate interfaces, we include them into the programming of the program controllers as well as into the "HTMCtrl+" software.
This design allows the user to access the relevant process parameters quickly, while providing a maximum flexibility of the whole system.

Control unit for a continuous furnace designed for ashing incandescent mantles
(RE.LR.1.P.O.ÜW.RS232 060061-St)

• Number of controllable zones: 1 zone;
• Temperature controllers: 1 x OMRON E5CK,
  1 x OMRON E5GN (for monitoring);
• Connection: 230 V, 50 Hz;
• Maximum output current: 63 А;
• Interface: RS232;
• Drive: conveyor belt motor with a constant feed rate of 0.6 m/min.

• PMA program controllers are configured according to the requirements of the equipment;


• Due to its numerous configuration parameters, the control can be well adapted to the process;
• Settings can be made directly at the controller
