Examples

Laboratory Rotary Tube Furnace up to 900 °C

  • Toothed belt drive;
  • Working tube made of inconel or stainless steel;
  • Vacuum tight;
  • By inclining the entire apparatus, the material is placed in the furnace;

  • Laboratory split tube furnace up to 1100 °C,
    with 3 separately controllable heating zones;
  • Dosing conveyor for feeding of semolina-like material;

  • By inclining the complete equipment, the material is conveyed in the furnace;
  • Water-cooled rotary feedthroughs on both sides;

  • Connection of vacuum / protective gas possible;
  • Control with three OMRON E5CK temperature controllers and transformers, integrated in a MinTec rack;
