LOSA model

Tube furnace (compact design) up to 600 °C with FeCrAl resistance heater

The LOSA tube furnace is equipped with a lab stand rod and was specifically designed for applications in chemical laboratories. The heating system and the controller are jointly housed in a splash-proof all-metal case. The working tube is closed on one end and serves as heater support tube. Resistance heating wire is coiled around its outside surface.

The high-quality PID temperature controller provides functions for setting set-point temperature, ramp, and dwell time. It allows the configuration of various shutdown conditions and includes an automatic self-optimizing function.

LOBA model

Tube furnace up to 1200 °C (standard) or 1300 °C (HT design) with FeCrAl resistance heater

This multi-purpose tube furnace is suited for operation in horizontal, vertical, inclined or swivel-mounted position. Many customized variants of frame and mount, of gas or vacuum tight installations, multi-zone models, or optimized heater windings for maximum long isotherm zones make this furnace a reliable “workhorse” among the tube furnaces.

The heating system consists of the heater support tube (made of alumina ceramic or quartz glass) with the heating element wire wound directly on its outer surface. The interior of the heater support tube is the working space.
The outer shell of the furnace is a case made of stainless steel.

LOSIC model

Tube furnace up to 1500 °C with SiC heating elements

This furnace model with SiC heating elements is used for applications above 1300 °C when oxidizing atmospheres are required. The furnace can reach temperatures up to 1500 °C.
The LOSIC tube furnace can only be operated with working tube.

LORA model

Tube furnace up to 1700 °C with molybdenum resistance heater

This tube furnace model provides a wide range of applications.
The core of the furnace is the working tube made of fused corundum (Al2O3) with the molybdenum heating element wire wound on its outer surface. The interior of this tube is the usable/working space. A steel casing hermetically seals the space around the heating element ‒ the heater space. In order to protect the heating element wire, the heater space is purged with inert gas.
